3-Month Warranty
Every laptop, desktop, or mini PC we sell includes up to 3-month hardware warranty. This covers defects and malfunctions that may occur under normal use.
30-Day Returns*
Changed your mind? No problem. You can return or exchange any product within 30 days of purchase.
What’s Covered
- Hardware Defects – Component or part failures not caused by mishandling
- System Performance – If your device doesn’t perform as promised at the time of purchase
- Battery Health – All laptops are sold with minimum 80% battery health checked before delivery
What’s Not Covered
- Screen, touch, or any physical damage – These usually happen if the laptop is dropped, pressed, exposed to heat, water, or handled roughly. Since we can’t know the exact cause, these are not covered under warranty. Please check the screen and body carefully when you take your piece.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Software issues like viruses or third-party programs

- Our team will troubleshoot and guide you on repair/return steps
- If approved, we’ll arrange pickup or guide you on shipping
- Once received, your product will be repaired or replaced within 7-10 business days
*In case of returns, a small deduction may apply to cover delivery or handling expenses. If there is any visible wear and tear, scratches, or damage beyond normal use, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
